We want you to love your new outfit, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene seals in place.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring they are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original White Fox tags attached.
Download & Print
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off & Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt so you can monitor your return's journey back to our warehouse.
